The Racing for Safety Program

Riley Hospital for Children along with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions, the Indiana University Department of Occupational Therapy, and Thinkfirst have teamed up to present this website for people of all ages.

This program is intended to be a guide for people to learn how to plan and present a Race for Safety course for children of all abilities ages 4 and up who use bikes, adapted bikes, wheelchairs, scooters, or skateboards. Race for Safety course leaders can teach children that no matter what kind of wheels they ride, they need to Race for Safety!
